Class Descriptions
Cardio/Core:
A higher intensity workout designed to raise your heart rate with an abdominal and back workout.
Aerobics:
A higher intensity workout designed to raise your heart rate and keep it up to burn calories.
Arthritis:
A lower intensity and low impact workout designed to help reduce arthritis pain and improve flexibility and strength.
Arthritis PLUS:
A lower intensity and low impact workout designed to help reduce arthritis pain and improve flexibility and strength with the addition of a cardio workout.
Core:
A workout designed to improve abdominal and back strength and to improve trunk flexibility.
